Great relaxed deli, fresh food, friendly service. Good selection of items put together on the premises. They even have FREE water!

I love this place. Great soup, best julienne salad and love the cajun chicken sandwich. Only problem is the hours of operation! I am always working when it is open. The staff is nice and the prices are average.

Most of the reviews are 5 years old, when it was amazing. The new Keith's Deli is NOT the same. Last 3 times, bread was stale and the kitchen area looked actually dirty. Won't be going back.

Delicious food. Fresh. Nice variety. Not a fast food place and that's what makes it great.

Quite good Schnitzel on a Kaiser. I will go back for that often.

I am extremely disappointed and will not be recommending anyone go here for a sandwich, especially when there are so many other options in Kingston. I went in to this deli/sandwich bar thinking I was going to get a quality sandwich with fresh ingredients and toppings. Instead I got 2 pieces of deli meat slapped in between 2 pieces of stale bread. No cheese, and no other toppings offered other than lettuce and a tomato. For $7.50 this is unacceptable. My 10 year old could have made a nicer sandwich. If you are going to charge that kind of money, I suggest stepping it up a few notches. I think I'll go to Subway next time.

Had pretty high expectations based on the reviews. Was expecting a local gem, but ended up being deli meat, iceberg lettuce and no cheese between two slices of grocery store bread. The staff was welcoming, but couldn’t make up for the lack of quality sandwiches. Cookies tasted stale and like they had been out for days

Great place for a soup and sandwiches

Have been going there for years from time to time. Like the food and staff however the washrooms are terrible. You can rate a business or any company by the conditions of the washrooms. Fix them up.

Very pleasant place to meet a friend, coffee was amazing.

Prices are good, so is the food. Great spot for lunch.

I often go watch the movies at the Cineplex in Riocan centre, and tried almost every restaurant around the shopping centre area. Most of them being Franchise restaurants; with not many customers - I was never satisfied and just decided to stick with the overpriced nachos/popcorns at the theatre. AND THEN!! My sister and I tried Keith's deli across the shopping centre - Very fresh food for little price. (half the price of most of the other places around) and cozy like home and the free wifi is a bonus! will definitely go back !

I love eating at this restaurant. At this price, this restaurant is the only place in Kingston where you can eat this quality food. A special menu is prepared every day and you can eat new foods every day. And the owner of this place is very kind. The old tradition is the pride of this house. I would strongly recommend this restaurant if you are in Kingston.
